Qiim sends orders with Post Danmark.
All packages above 40 Euros value have a tracking number so the package can be traced.
When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your package.
Denmark: 1-3 working days.
Europe: 2-5 working days.
Outside Europe: 3-7 working days.
All card payments are via a secure SSL encrypted server.
We accept payment via Paypal or with any of the following card types.

The transfer from the costumers account is done when the goods are send.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

When you go through the order process on iloveqiim.com, we provide the option to create a user. This serves to give our customers a quick and easy checkout process on repeat visits.
We do not store your credit card information with the user feature. As a added feature you can also opted to join our newsletter when going through the checkout process, if this is accepted, you will generally receive a newsletter each week, to the email address used when making your purchase.
Return & refund Policy
Because Qiim products are handmade especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges product already used. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your package so we can work to rectify it.
The customer must contact us within 14 days via the Contact us section in our website in order to return the goods.
The refund takes place within 30 days when the goods are received back. Refund covers all initial expenses made by the costumer. The cost of freight returning the goods to us are at the costumers expense.
